Data handling
Use data for the workflow it supports.
Account and event records
When you create an account or event, the service processes the identity, event, attendee, calculation, project, transaction and report information needed to operate the requested workflow.
Attendee information
Event organizers control participant invitations and collection. Attendee travel records should be limited to the information required for calculation and reconciliation.
Documents and evidence
Uploaded event documents, supplier records and retirement evidence are retained for the event workflow and reporting functions selected by the account.
Service providers
Infrastructure, storage, email and related service providers may process information only to deliver the platform functions configured by Verris.
Choices and access
Signed-in users can use account settings and event workflows to review or manage available records. Access and deletion may be limited where records must be retained for security, legal or transaction integrity.
