Is the preview calculator the full application?+
No. It is a lightweight illustrative estimate using the current factor engine. Create an event to enter detailed source data, save progress and generate a report.
Which event sources can be calculated?+
The current workflow covers attendee travel, venue electricity and fuel, accommodation, catering, freight, materials and production, waste, digital participation and additional operational sources where enabled.
What happens when actual data is unavailable?+
The organizer can use a documented estimate or category proxy. The resulting data-quality state and assumptions should remain visible until actual data replaces it.
How is attendee travel collected?+
An event-specific attendee workflow can capture journey mode and distance. Accepted records can be reconciled with the organizer’s event calculation.
Does selecting a project mean the event is offset?+
No. Project selection, credit purchase, event allocation and retirement are separate states. The record should only describe the state actually completed.
What does the final report contain?+
It covers the event profile, boundary, assumptions, emissions, attendee travel, reductions, residual footprint, projects, transactions, allocations, retirement evidence, methodology and final status.
Can I download a report?+
The reporting workflow supports an on-screen report and PDF output. A downloadable sample is available on the Sample Report page.
Does the platform certify an event as net zero?+
No independent certification is claimed. The platform maintains a documented event record and can show completion when the required allocation and retirement evidence is present.
Do I need an account?+
Public guides and the sample calculator do not require an account. Creating and saving an event uses the account workflow.
Are preview inputs stored?+
No. The homepage and calculator preview keep inputs only in the current browser view and do not submit or persist them.
